Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage talent identification and assessment across core industry competitors.
