Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process adjudication claims and resolve for payment and denials
- Handle authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing, and corrected claims
- Understand healthcare insurance policy concepts
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions
- Organize tasks according to assigned priorities
- Maintain knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry
- Resolve complex situations following established guidelines
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in claims processing
- Experience with HCFA or UB claims is optional
- Open to undergraduates and postgraduates
- Strong communication and analytic skills
- Able to work independently
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30 PM/3:30 AM IST (AR SHIFT), with potential overtime and weekend work.

Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
