Experience:
- Overall work experience: 1 to 5 years
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
- Log customer queries in internal systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Compensation: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month

Requirements
