Job Description
Overview: DLCO INFRA PROJECTS PVT LTD is seeking a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities include budget analysis, plan reviews, estimate preparation, contractor negotiations, and client relations.
Duties:
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial construction.
- Manage commercial aspects including P&L and subcontractors.
- Estimating, costing, and tender preparation.
- Evaluate material quantities and documents.
- Issue RFIs to clients.
- Prepare detailed BoQ and budget docs.
- Coordinate with design teams on drawings.
Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00/month | Experience: 1 year preferred | Location: In-person
