Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a BPO, minimum 1 year as a Trainer in Life Insurance or Stock Broking.
- Aware of KPIs, KRAs, TNA, TNI, and training terms like Throughput/Attrition.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.
- Graduation is mandatory.
