Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Counselor for Medivision Eye and Health Care Centre. Responsibilities include:
- Explaining surgery packages to patients
- Scheduling surgery appointments
- Following up with patients post-surgery
- Rescheduling surgeries when necessary
- Welcoming patients, providing a comfortable environment, and self-introducing to patients and their attendants
Qualifications:
- Must communicate fluently in Telugu, English, and Hindi
- Education: Graduate completed (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience in Ophthalmology: 5 years required
