We are currently hiring for the Malayalam Voice Process (CES). Candidates who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound communication professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing.
- Escalate customer feedback as needed.
Qualifications: Good communication skills in Malayalam. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
Location: In-person at our office in Hyderabad.
Walk-ins are welcome from 10 AM to 3 PM.
