Experience: 2+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Specialized in recruiting sales positions.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
- Create targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Interview candidates in person for various levels.
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹27,00.00 per month, based on interview performance.
Schedule: Day and Morning shifts.
Work Location: In person.
