Job Description
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with Master Trainers for effective ToT delivery.
- Coordinate with Pegatron/Foxconn teams and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Facilitate communication to address challenges and align on training objectives.
Training Support:
- Assist in planning and executing soft skills training for factory workers.
- Provide support to trainers during sessions. Ensure necessary materials are available.
