Job Description
We at The Loom are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Responsibilities: Resolve customer queries via email and chat, manage sales targets, and convert complaints into sales.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years chat/mail experience, and excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person at Wazirpur, North Delhi.
