Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Performance Test Engineer and play a crucial role in ensuring application performance meets the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) for performance testing.
- Preparing effort estimations and performance testing plans/strategies.
- Creating and executing test scripts using tools like Load Runner and JMeter.
- Monitoring server performance and capturing various performance metrics.
- Identifying issues, logging defects, and coordinating with the development team for fixes.
- Participating in daily stand-up and triage calls.
- Preparing the Performance Test Execution Summary report.
