Job Description
Function/Department: Retail Banking
Job Purpose: The role bearer will actively support internal audits for IDFC FIRST Bank. Responsibilities include creating checklists, conducting audits, publishing reports, and preparing quarterly presentations while adhering to guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Audit Manager in defining audit scope.
- Analyze and evaluate documentation and reports.
- Execute audit plans and draft reports.
- Develop relations with auditees and prepare committee presentations.
- Follow-up on compliance and document findings.
- Share best practices and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduation: Any Degree
- Post Graduation: Any Degree
- Experience: 2 to 5 years relevant experience.
