Job Description
ShriSynergy Medica is currently seeking an experienced female Back Office Executive to join our team and support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job applications and candidate communication.
- Conduct international calls to liaise with companies and clients.
- Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain organized records.
- Assist in application processing and administrative tasks.
- Utilize Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Requirements: Proven experience in a back office role, strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, ability to multitask, and a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00/month
