Job Description
Experience: 4+ years
Location: Chennai/Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate
We are looking for a Genesys Pure Cloud Tester with experience in manual testing and some automation skills. Candidates should have experience with the following Genesys Cloud applications:
- Enablement and Configuration
- PureCloud Technology Suite Applications
- Genesys Cloud Contact Center
- API Integrations (3rd Party)
- SIP Trunks, Genesys BYOC Cloud / On-Premises Edge, IVR
- Configuration Setup
- Outbound Dialing, Chat, and Email Routing
- ACD Routing
Genesys Certification is mandatory.
