Job Description

Business Function: Group Technology and Operations (T&O) ensures efficient, resilient infrastructure focusing on productivity, quality & control, technology, and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure production changes follow lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines.
- Communicate application issues to stakeholders.
- Provide level 2/3 application support.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Participate in production issue calls.
Requirements:
- 3.5 to 6.5 years in financial services.
- Mandatory PL/SQL knowledge; MySQL preferred.
- Familiarity with Unix, Java, DevOps skills.
- HTML 5, Angular JS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
