Job Description
Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Coordinator II ensures safe working conditions for our shift personnel at Cargill. This role involves maintaining equipment as per established guidelines and controlling the output of finished products in accordance with production plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate shift activities.
- Ensure production meets standards.
- Supervise raw materials accounting.
- Achieve and improve key performance indicators.
- Develop internal procedures and staff training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four years of related experience.
