Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and pickup.
- Monitor vehicle movement.
- Schedule customer calls for order delivery and pickup.
- Plan daily routes and urgent pickups.
- Control vehicle costs and manage arrangements.
- Support staff training & development and handle damage control.
