Job Description
Location: Bangalore (Varthur Region) | Pune (Kharadi)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls for inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and gather feedback.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 6 months to 1.6 years of BPO experience in international customer support.
Compensation: CTC – up to ₹5.3 LPA.
Additional Information: US rotational shifts with 2 days off; cab provided; freshers welcome.
