Job Description
We are expanding at Pidilite Industries Ltd and currently hiring a Recruitment Associate. You will serve as a zonal SPOC handling end-to-end recruitment.
Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles.
- Develop and release job postings on social media and job boards.
- Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain a database of candidate records.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,00.00 – ₹650,00.00 per year
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: 2 years in Recruiting (Required)
