Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute secretarial activities as directed by ED & CEO.
- Organize business VISAs, foreign currencies, and travel schedules.
- Facilitate invitation correspondence and accommodation for foreign guests.
- Maintain daily appointment calendar for ED & CEO.
- Ensure timely vehicle insurance renewals and prepare business correspondence.
- Coordinate HR filings and other administrative tasks as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Yearly bonus
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred), Experience: 3 years as Executive Assistant (Required)
