Job Description
Company: Hoysala Village Resort
Experience: 0 to 1 year in hotel/resorts reservations. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Reservations: Handle bookings and ensure accurate data entry.
- Guest Relations: Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other departments.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate on pricing strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- System Management: Ensure smooth operation of the reservation system.
Qualifications: Graduate in any Degree/Diploma. Proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance bonuses.
