Job Description
As an Operations Associate, you’ll interact with vehicle owners/drivers at our Customer Hubs, ensuring they meet necessary requirements and serving as their primary point of contact.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage drivers to utilize technology for better earnings.
- Maintain grooming standards and vehicle/document compliance.
- Manage daily operations, planning, and scheduling of vehicles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00/month
