Job Responsibilities:
- Manage help desk and ticketing systems.
- Provision laptops including security updates.
- Coordinate with service desk to resolve IT infrastructure issues.
- Implement proactive security measures and manage EDR solutions.
- Monitor network infrastructure and manage IT assets.
- Diagnose and resolve laptop-related issues.
- Manage software licensing and configurations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,00.00 – ₹500,00.00 per month
Experience: IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
