Job Description
The South Asian Liver Institute is seeking a dedicated Receptionist Cum Tele Caller with experience in a hospital or clinic. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is required.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and provide hospital service information.
- Qualify leads based on healthcare needs.
- Schedule appointments for online consultations or visits.
- Greet visitors and track patient appointments.
- Maintain patient files and ensure accurate data entry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills are essential.
