Job Description
Anand Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to assist and resolve inquiries from our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and handling complaints.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience.
- 1 year of total work experience (required).
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (required).
