Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for order tracking and post-sales support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls/chats to update customers.
- Resolve pre-dispatch and post-dispatch issues.
- Coordinate with departments for swift query resolution.
- Escalate persistent issues to management.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 0-1 years in voice/semi-voice roles (experience preferred).
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Proficient in computer and CRM software.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
