Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join DIVINE REALTORS. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining client database from promotional activities
- Convincing prospective clients to schedule site visits
- Providing property details to clients
- Arranging site visits and property showings
- Guiding buyers in property purchases
- Assessing clients’ needs and financial capabilities
- Informing clients about market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
- Ensuring fair and honest dealings
Required Candidate Profile: Pleasant personality, passion for sales, assertiveness, smartphone and bike mandatory, and willingness to travel within PMC-PCMC Area.
Salary: ₹180,00 – ₹360,00 per year + Unlimited incentives.
