Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for relevant job openings.
- Conducting initial screening interviews.
- Profiling candidates through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Addressing and resolving client queries promptly.
- Meeting KPIs and KRAs for productivity.
- Achieving annual closure-driven targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Freshers or up to 1.5 years of IT recruitment experience.
Skills:
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-driven and passionate about HR.
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
