Job Description
Experience: 2 to 3 years in hotel/resort reservations. Knowledge of WINHMS preferred.
- Manage Reservations: Handle bookings and ensure accurate data entry.
- Guest Relations: Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with departments.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate on pricing strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- System Management: Ensure smooth operation of the reservation system.
Qualifications: Graduate (Preferred – Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management)
Languages: Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance bonus.
Work Location: In-person, Day and Morning shifts available.
