Roles & Responsibilities:
- Use basic computer applications and communicate in basic English.
- Respond to queries on WhatsApp and social media.
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up with customers.
- Manage customer calls and complaints.
- Handle returns and maintain daily stock records.
- Organize office space and files.
- Provide admin support to staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00 – ₹14,00 per month
