Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the DDU-GKY training centre.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Manage and supervise trainers and support staff.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government officials and employers.
- Monitor training progress and maintain project documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks and develop strategies to meet project goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields; Master’s preferred.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of DDU-GKY guidelines is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹15,00 per month
