Job Description
We are seeking an Office Executive to coordinate services with office-related vendors and assist the Receptionist. Responsibilities include managing the President’s to-do list, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors.
You will maintain office operations, manage facilities, and ensure all necessary devices are set up for employees and visitors. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic environment.
