Job Description
Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support to be the first point of contact for technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for IT service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage helpdesk tickets and escalate when necessary.
- Assist users with applications, connectivity, and other IT services.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month

Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
