Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and young individual with a keen interest in operations at Leisurily Experiences. The ideal candidate will create and maintain efficient systems to support our business needs. You should be comfortable multitasking and working across different business units.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Develop strategies to exceed guest expectations.
– Undergo training in quality and inventory control management.
– Update and implement new SOPs.
– Monitor purchasing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
– Inspect departments for cleanliness and service readiness.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
– Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
– Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
