Job Description
Bajaj Allianz is seeking a detail-oriented Motor Own Damage (OD) Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Conduct surveys in the field and assess damages.
- Coordinate with insured clients for claim documentation and processing.
- Monitor the process flow of assigned claims from registration to settlement.
- Work closely with repairers on settlement and payment reconciliation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
