Job Description
Position: Customer Support Agent (Email Support Executive)
Location: Vikhroli
Vacancies: 6
Process: Email & Chat
Requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills; Age: up to 29; Education: Graduate; Experience: Freshers and 1+ years in BPO (chat/email/voice).
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational day off
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Salary: Freshers up to ₹2.4L in-hand, experienced up to ₹3.5L in-hand
Interviews: Walk-in interviews only, immediate to 20 days.
