Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
– Learn to use professional concepts.
– Apply company policies to resolve routine issues.
– Identify organizational needs for new applications.
– Prepare technical specifications and implement new applications.
– Perform system backups and upgrades.
– Provide training and support to staff.
– Investigate and diagnose system faults and errors.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience; or equivalent experience.
