Responsibilities:
- Assess claims globally for assigned commodities.
- Achieve 100% capacity utilization for assigned commodities.
- Maintain a claim mix in proportion to commodity intake.
- Ensure a quality standard of 98% for commodities.
- Identify concerns during assessments and discuss improvements with leads.
- Standardize assessing steps and practices globally.
- Recommend commodity-based trainings as suggested by leadership.
- Address market queries on SharePoint within one day.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. 3-6 years of experience in automobile dealerships with a focus on warranty data processing.
Skills: Strong communication, technical diagnostic skills, computer literacy, and flexibility.
